Usually, the cheaper lots are either going to be steep or else in an area of the village that has yet to have any homes. Roads are already put in to every lot and each lot has water to it as well. Typically, on-site septic systems are required for each resort lot as central sewer is not available to most parts of Bella Vista. Still, getting a 1/3 acre building lot which is located in a golf and lake resort village for under $15,000 is unheard of. Again, once you buy a lot you will be a full member and be able to enjoy the resort golf courses and lakes and fitness centers and tennis and marinas and restaurants year round. Other costs of Bella Vista Village Resort membership: $16/mo. That is almost laughable as you cannot find such low prices anywhere. This is a very economical golf vacation destination. Where else in the USA can you play golf on an 18 hole professional style golf course for a mere nine dollars? For that matter, where else in the world?

Thirdly, Bella Vista golf resort is rarely crowded. Why? Because few know that it even exists. This makes getting to the resort and playing the golf really convenient. No waits after every shot or even when checking in or out. Direct flights now to the Northwest Arkansas airport makes your life easier as well. Please consider Bella Vista golf resort as a possible destination next time you are contemplating your next golf vacation.

The clubhouse will be able to assign a playing partner or partners to you, so you won't even have to worry about that. Also, golf vacations can be enjoyed by families and even families who have children. Although there are few exclusive golf courses which don't allow a certain age group or under to be on the course, most golf facilities will allow any and all. The only stipulation might be an age restrictions to drive the golf cart.

Another great feature about golf resort vacations is that many of them are planned out automatically by the travel agent or sponsor. Every aspect of the vacation and even all the small details can be taken care of in advance, including hotel booking, golf tee times, area activities (tickets to a show or special attraction in that area). This aspect of the golf vacation should not be overlooked as often times attending to the details can be the most frustrating aspect of planning a vacation.
